How do I order a handmade item from Local Nine?
The best way to order is to use the form on our Order page. Fill in the details that you know and send it our way. From there, we will reach out to you to discuss and plan your item.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
This depends on the project. On average, a jersey may be ready within 6-8 weeks, whereas other articles may take more or less time. If materials have to be procured in order to create your garment, additional time may be needed.
Orders from our Shop are in stock and ready to be shipped when ordered. These will go out within 1-3 business days.
What materials do you use?
A large part of making the best garments we can is tracking down the proper materials to do so. We use wool flannel, felt, and yarn to create the majority of our projects.
Transparency is important to us. When we cannot source a material that we feel is absolutely true to what history calls for, we will let you know beforehand and ask you how you would like to proceed.
How do returns work?
We want to make sure you’re satisfied in every way with your purchase. Returns of items from our Shop are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Handmade garment orders cannot be returned or exchanged, however we can certainly make alterations or repairs.
What if I damage my garment?
Baseball is a game that involves getting dirty and we understand that. In the event that your garment gets damaged in any way, we would be more than happy to repair it. Just get in touch, tell us what happened, and we will give you a quote on a repair.
